How to create header using Tatsu Header Builder

To add a new Header using Tatsu Header builder, navigate to Tatsu Headers > Add New and click on Edit to create your header.

Additional Note – If you are using OSHINE theme, enable Tatsu Header Builder for your site, under Oshine Options > Global Site Layout and Settings > Header Layout

How to create footer using Tatsu Footer Builder

To add a new Footer using Tatsu Footer builder, navigate to Tatsu Footers > Add New and click on Edit to create your footer. 

Additional Note – If you are using OSHINE theme, enable Tatsu Footer Builder for your site, under Oshine Options > Global Site Layout and Settings > Enable Footer Builder

I am getting a 404 error / Editable Content area not found while editing Header / Footer with Tatsu 

While editing a header/footer in Tatsu, if you get an error message that says “Editable Content Area not Found/404 ” , it is likely a permalink issue. Kindly navigate to SETTINGS > PERMALINKS and set the permalink style to Default ( Plain ) and SAVE the settings. Then set your original permalink style (ex. Post name ) and SAVE the settings again. This will refersh the permalinks and you will be able to edit your header or footer in TATSU.

Header created using Tatsu does not show up on the Front End

Please ensure if you have set this as the Active Header for it to show on the Front End. The option is present in the Global Settings Panel within Tatsu. The option is also present under Appearance > Customise > Global Tatsu Settings. 

Footer created using Tatsu does not show up on the Front End

Please ensure if you have set this as the Active Footer for it to show on the Front End. The option is present under Appearance > Customise > Global Tatsu Settings.
